This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and brings a strong mix of complex project management, technical understanding, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills.

In this role, you'll oversee the full project management lifecycle of high-impact projects from concept to launch — managing every stage of the lifecycle including inception, design, development, integration, testing, and deployment. You’ll work across internal teams and external partners, coordinating efforts to ensure timely delivery, budgetary alignment, regulatory compliance, high performance, and strategic alignment.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex, multi-phase technical projects across their full lifecycle.
  • Serve as a communication bridge across internal stakeholders, executive leadership, development teams, and external partners.
  • Coordinate multiple, high-priority initiatives with cross-functional development teams, ensuring clear alignment and accountability.
  • Define, track, and deliver on functional requirements, features, and performance metrics.
  • Regularly prepare and deliver presentations and updates for executive leadership, translating technical progress into business impact.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure project milestones and delivery timelines are consistently met.
  • Drive the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of scalable processes that enhance team efficiency and optimize ways of working.
  • Evaluate change requests and assess their impact on project scope, timelines, and resources.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports, and contingency planning.
  • Integrate business goals and technical priorities, serving as a key contributor in a complex, high-visibility environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing large-scale technical projects within the OTT and FAST streaming industry. Specifically, experience with managing digital advertising-focused projects, data-driven and monetization initiatives.
  • Deep familiarity with working across multiple development teams and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Detail-oriented with experience in working closely with product owners on requirements and breaking down into technical development stories.
  • Strong background in executive communication, including developing and delivering high-quality presentations for leadership teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and evolve process frameworks that improve project delivery and team efficiency.
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and organizational skills — flexibility and adaptability are essential.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard project management tools and methodologies.
  • PMP or Agile certification preferred.
  • Experience with Digital Advertising preferred (preferably with Video or Data experience)
  • A strategic thinker with a strong sense of ownership and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • 4 days a week in office, Irvine preferred (Philly secondary)

If you're passionate about technology, comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities, and bring deep domain knowledge in streaming media, we’d love to hear from you.
