Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for HWEng Accelerator Systems to own end-to-end NPI delivery for storage server systems and accelerators, ensuring fleet health and high server availability for AWS customers.

You will monitor fleet performance, identify risks, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and communicate strategic recommendations to senior leadership to drive reliable hardware solutions.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience in identifying security issues and risks, and developing mitigation plans
• Proven track record delivering complex technical programs from inception to production
• Experience with fleet management, reliability engineering, and availability metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence across organizations
• Ability to develop both tactical solutions and long‑term strategic improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi‑million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
• 7+ years of including new product introduction (NPI) experience
• Strong understanding of server architecture, storage, compute, and/or accelerator systems and data center operations
