As a technical leader, this position will be directly reporting to the CEO and must display the forward-thinking perspective of a product visionary with the practical know-how of a seasoned engineer.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their unique pain points and requirements, gathering valuable feedback to inform product development.
• Develop and maintain a strategic partnership program with key customers to ensure the company is meeting its evolving needs and expectations.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to define hardware requirements and specifications, ensuring seamless alignment between product development and customer needs.
• Effectively communicate complex technical findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing product development decisions and driving business outcomes.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of AI algorithm performance on the companys hardware, focusing on key metrics such as latency, throughput, and power efficiency.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in a related engineering field
• Business development experience in semiconductor hardware
• Extensive customer network within the AI hardware data center industry
• Must have technical engineering background, preferably System Architecture

Location for this company is flexible between the Bay Area and Austin, TX.
