Amazon.com Services LLC in Sunnyvale is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead next-generation Agentic AI features for Alexa+. You will work at the intersection of disruptive AI technologies and real-world impact, coordinating cross-functional teams across product, design, data science, and engineering to deliver intelligent, voice-driven experiences.

This role emphasizes roadmap prioritization, executive communications, and scalable processes for complex programs.

As a Sr. Technical Program Manager, you'll drive the development of next-generation features powered by advanced AI technologies, including Generative, Agentic, and Real-time AI. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and data science, to design and deliver innovative solutions that leverage these AI technologies to enable seamless, intelligent experiences. You'll also lead the integration of these advanced AI systems into Alexa's core capabilities, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Key job responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
