Job Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day oversight of all contract support personnel, performance, and program support services.
• Lead a team of engineers to successfully architect, develop, and deploy a new application in the DoD milCloud 2.0 Cloud Service Provider (CSP) infrastructure for the contract.
• Utilize Agile development methodologies throughout all phases of development, enhancement, and sustainment of new technology.
• Analyze legacy systems in depth to shape and define system requirements for deploying new systems, including testing, user stories, architecture development, and system compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of ten years of DoD technical project management experience, including planning, directing, and managing complex IT and cybersecurity projects of similar size and scope.
• At least eight years of experience leading transformative IT/DEVSECOPS initiatives and implementing innovative software solutions end-to-end.
• Current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional certification.
• One of the following certifications: GIAC, GSLC, CISSP, CISM, CISA, or another DoD 8570.01-M Level 3 authorized IA Technical (IAT)/IA Management (IAM) certification.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance at the time of proposal submission.
• Minimum of eight years of experience developing and standardizing business rules for applications accessed across agencies.
• Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related field.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI development and design.
• Ability to prototype applications and analyze their architecture, both in writing and orally.
