GEICO is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager for Workday Financial Management (REMOTE). The role involves leading complex Finance Technology programs across multiple departments, focusing on delivering enterprise-wide products and driving business transformation in the insurance industry.

Position Responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders, managing project schedules, identifying risks, leveraging operational and LEAN practices, coordinating across systems, and driving solutions in Finance and ERP applications like Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion, Hyperion, or SAP. The role requires collaboration with product managers, engineering teams, and leadership to ensure timely delivery and process improvements.

Qualifications include strong program management skills, deep Finance domain expertise, experience with Workday Financials, understanding of accounting and management reporting, and familiarity with Agile methodologies. PMP or Scrum certification is preferred. The candidate should have 12+ years managing large-scale Finance Technology programs, with extensive ERP experience and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related fields.
