What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the technical expert in optimizing and leveraging ServiceNow best practices
- Support engagement efforts, including process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis
- Lead customer design workshops and guide documentation for technical aspects of the solution
- Develop integration components and enhance UI and mobile components using the ServiceNow framework
- Manage multiple complex projects while ensuring quality in customer-facing deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 3+ years of configuration/development experience in Finance, Supply Chain, or Source-to-Pay operations
- Minimum of 2+ years of configuring/developing ServiceNow with relevant certifications
- Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and Source-to-Pay related systems and tools
- Experience with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, etc.) and SaaS technologies
- Exceptional debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications
- Experience in designing and building scalable web services
- Strong programming skills and proficiency in web technologies like XML, REST, and JSON
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult within Finance and Supply Chain organizations
- Proven team player with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude
