Join ServiceNow, a global leader in cloud-based technology, supporting over 8,100 customers including 85% of the Fortune 500. We are seeking a Sr. Technical Consultant specialized in ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain Solutions (Source-to-Pay).

Responsibilities include:

• Act as a technical expert, focusing on configuration over customization, to optimize ServiceNow best practices.
• Support process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis during workshops with stakeholders.
• Advise customers on leveraging standard ServiceNow capabilities to improve processes.
• Lead design workshops and guide documentation efforts such as business requirement workbooks.
• Draft technical user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Provide oversight and training for future system administrators and lead technical project delivery.
• Develop integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.) and enhance UI and mobile components.
• Prepare customer-facing deliverables ensuring quality of the solutions.
• Manage multiple projects, promote continuous improvement, and support sales activities.
• Mentor team members and partner ecosystem as needed.
• Travel up to 50% annually based on project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of configuration/development experience in complex, global organizations within Finance, Supply Chain, or Source-to-Pay.
• At least 2+ years of ServiceNow configuration/development experience with relevant certifications (CSA, CAD, Solution Accreditations).
• Ability to influence and consult within Finance, Supply Chain, and Source-to-Pay domains, providing thought leadership.
• Strong understanding of related systems such as SAP, Oracle Procurement Cloud, etc.
• Experience in designing web services, proficiency in XML, REST, JSON.
• Exceptional debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and cultural sensitivity.
• Proven team player and leader.
