Join us to apply for the Sr. Technical Consultant ITOM, [IT, Employee, Platform, Customer] Workflow Products Expert Implementation Services role at ServiceNow.

This role involves working with the Customer Outcomes team to help clients achieve their business goals through the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for configuring and customizing ServiceNow products, leading technical workshops, developing integrations, and providing technical guidance and training to clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting customer-specific process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis.
  • Advising on standard capabilities of ServiceNow solutions to improve processes.
  • Leading design workshops and guiding documentation efforts.
  • Developing integrations and portal components.
  • Leading technical project delivery and overseeing solution quality.
  • Mentoring team members and supporting sales activities.

Qualifications include:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and relevant Solution Implementation Specialist certifications.
  • 8+ years of experience in configuration and development of complex technologies, including integrations and portals.
  • Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, LDAP, SSO, etc.) and SaaS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of related systems like Workday, Oracle, SAP, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
