Position Summary

Imperva's Technical Account Manager (TAM) program provides enterprise customers with a white-glove experience, focusing on technical objectives and tailored requirements. The TAM acts as a trusted advisor, offering ongoing technical guidance on implementation, expansion, new features, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Champion the management and deployment of Imperva's Cloud (Application Security) solutions for designated accounts, aligning with customer needs.
  2. Serve as the primary technical expert for assigned customers, addressing inquiries and facilitating communication.
  3. Act as a customer advocate by expediting case resolutions and overcoming operational challenges in collaboration with internal teams.
  4. Provide updates on onboarding, system configuration, performance tuning, and share insights on security trends and product enhancements.
  5. Conduct quarterly health checks and service reviews to assess performance and identify improvements.
  6. Analyze customer data related to case trends, traffic, and security alerts to recommend strategies for system health and security.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related Technology field.
  2. At least 6 years in Technical Support (tier 2-3) or 4+ years as a Technical Account Manager.
  3. Experience as a TAM or in Pre/Post Sales within web/network/information security industries.
  4. Minimum 3 years working with Cloud, Security, or Network products.
  5. Proven ability to manage complex implementation projects and escalations related to security, DDoS protection, infrastructure, DNS, application services, website security, CDN, and load balancing.
  6. Knowledge of Internet Security and Networking Technologies such as TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, Load balancers, Proxies, and Firewalls.

The Total Target Compensation (TTC) range for this position is between $90,674 and $165,860 USD annually, depending on various factors including experience, skills, and internal equity.
