Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Product Owner for Enterprise Integrations to bridge business needs and Agile delivery teams. You will shape product strategy, manage priorities, and drive delivery of high-value integration solutions across the enterprise.

Location options include Remote within the United States or Hybrid for Newport News, VA. You will collaborate with business partners, systems analysts, developers, and QA teams to translate complex needs into actionable

Qualifications

Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Product Ownership/Management within Agile software delivery environments.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, IT, CS, or related field.
Technical knowledge of backend integrations, API, MongoDB and Java.
Experience in enterprise or large-scale backend integration product environments.
Experience partnering with senior leaders to shape vision, priorities, and delivery.
Scrum Product Owner certification or related Agile certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Define product vision, goals, and roadmap aligned to business strategy.
Own and manage the product backlog, translating needs into epics, features, and requirements.
Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle and agile ceremonies.
Collaborate with architects, analysts, developers, and QA to ensure delivery of high-value solutions.
Monitor outcomes with dashboards and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
