Zusammenfassung

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC seeks a Senior Technical Product Owner - Enterprise Integrations to align product direction with business goals and guide multi-functional teams through the full lifecycle. You will translate complex needs into roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and drive measurable value across enterprise integrations.

The role supports remote United States operations or a hybrid arrangement for Newport News, VA, with collaboration across architecture, QA, and business partners.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Minimum 6+ years in Product Ownership/Management or related Agile delivery roles.
Experience with backend integrations, APIs, MongoDB, and Java.
Experience leading enterprise-scale backend integration initiatives.

Aufgaben

Define product strategy, vision, and roadmaps aligned to business goals.
Own and prioritize the backlog; translate needs into epics and features.
Partner with architects, analysts, and engineering to ensure actionable requirements.
Lead multi-functional teams and influence across business and IT functions.
Monitor outcomes using dashboards and drive continuous improvement.
