You will lead operators on multi‑axis CNC equipment, drive continuous improvement, and mentor teammates in safety, procedures, and problem solving within a temperature‑controlled machining environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on CNC machining experience
• 4+ years CNC and manufacturing leadership experience

Responsibilities

Sr.Team Lead

We are seeking a Senior CNC Team Lead to oversee daily operations within a high‑performance manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for leading a team operating complex, multi‑axis CNC equipment, ensuring production goals, quality standards, and delivery timelines are consistently met. This is a working leadership role, combining hands‑on CNC work with team supervision, coaching, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct operators working on complex, multi‑axis CNC machinery
• Ensure production schedules are met with a focus on quality and on‑time delivery
• Communicate staffing needs, production challenges, and KPI performance to leadership
• Monitor and track production data (workflow, scrap, efficiency) and elevate issues as needed
• Partner with production planning to manage workflow and scheduling
• Train, coach, and develop team members on processes, procedures, and safety standards
• Conduct performance feedback, time approvals, and support hiring/disciplinary processesPerform hands‑on CNC setup and operation as needed
• Conduct in‑process inspections and adjust machines or elevate issues when necessary
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Follow all PPE and safety requirements

Required Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of hands‑on CNC machining experience (REQUIRED)
• 4+ years of combined CNC and manufacturing leadership experience preferred
• Experience with multi‑axis CNC equipment strongly preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and troubleshooting
• Ability to read and follow inspection and customer specifications
• Experience with lean manufacturing, TPM, and 6S principles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• Solid problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution abilities
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Intermediate math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages, etc.)
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams

Target Hiring Range: 25.65 - 31.00
