Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Sr Talent Specialist to support the Future Finance Leaders early career rotation program and act as an HR generalist within Honeywell's finance function.

You will report to the FFL Program Director and work in a hybrid environment from Houston, TX, or other hub locations, focusing on mentorship and talent development to nurture future finance leaders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in talent management or HR generalist roles.
• Experience supporting early career or rotational programs.
• Strong knowledge of talent management including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and talent management tools (HCM is a must).
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.

• Manage and support all HR activities for the Future Finance Leaders program, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Partner with leaders and participants to identify development needs and career growth opportunities.

As a Sr Talent Specialist here at Honeywell, you will serve as a Human Resources generalist supporting the Future Finance Leaders early career rotation program. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and managing talent strategies that nurture and advance early career professionals within Honeywell's finance function.

You will report directly to the FFL Program Director, and you’ll work out of one of our Hub locations Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA or Houston, TX on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the growth and development of future finance leaders by providing comprehensive HR support, facilitating talent development initiatives, and ensuring a seamless experience through one on one mentorship and key processes for participants in the rotation program.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 2+ years of experience in talent management or HR generalist roles.
• Experience in human resources generalist roles, preferably supporting early career or rotational programs.
• Strong knowledge of talent management practices including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and talent management tools to track and support employee development.(HCM is a must)
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional initiatives effectively.
