Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Manager in Richardson, TX to drive HR initiatives and partner with business leaders to advance HR excellence within the HSS GBE.

You will lead the HR function, manage a team, ensure compliance with employment laws, and support talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and development, while working in a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in HR management or related role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels and handle confidential information.

Job description

As a Senior HR Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving HR initiatives and supporting the overall HR strategy within the HSS GBE. You will be responsible for managing and leading the HR function and partnering with business leaders to drive HR excellence.

You will report directly to our HR VP HSS, SME and US&C and you’ll work out of our Richardson, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization by providing strategic guidance and support on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee development. Your leadership will contribute to fostering a positive work environment and driving employee engagement across the business unit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and programs that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement.
• Manage and develop a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Handle complex employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

Relocation support may be provided.

YOU MUST HAVE
