Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience.

• Experience utilizing recruiting systems, candidate databases, and sourcing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job description

In this onsite role in Rochester, NY, you will lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts by partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, evaluate, and hire candidates. You will also contribute to recruiting strategy, candidate experience, and workforce planning through the full recruitment lifecycle.

Education

Compensation and Bonus Eligibility

Salary Pay Range: $88,425.00 - $147,375.00 per year.

Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS (or as applicable).
