Texas Capital Bank is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in Richardson, TX. You will align recruitment strategies with business goals, build strong partnerships with hiring leaders, and guide interview and selection processes to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, building pipelines for current and future roles, and driving compliant, efficient recruiting workflows across the organization.
