This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.

We are looking for a motivated and accomplished Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. As a strategic partner, brand ambassador and skilled talent sourcer, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top-tier talent for a variety of roles across the company. This position is essential to building high-performing teams that create innovative products and exceptional play experiences.

To excel in this role, you will use data, exercise sound judgment and take proactive, timely action. You’ll bring the presence and credibility to partner effectively with internal stakeholders, the organizational acumen to navigate company systems and culture, and the curiosity to stay ahead of emerging industry trends and technologies.

This hybrid role requires onsite work Tuesday through Thursday. Until January 2027, the role may be based at either our current headquarters in Pawtucket, RI, or our interim location in Boston, MA. When our new Boston headquarters opens in January 2027, the role will be based onsite there Tuesday through Thursday.

What You’ll Do:
  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to hiring managers and internal teams. Influence, consult and collaborate with business leaders and HRBPs to understand and deliver against hiring needs that support strategic business objectives in a dynamic environment.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, assessing candidates, facilitating interviews, negotiating and closing job offers.
  • Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to connect with diverse, global talent. Build and nurture relationships with high-potential candidates for immediate and future opportunities.
  • Exceptional Candidate Experiences: Ensure every candidate and stakeholder interaction is positive, professional, timely and engaging throughout the recruitment and selection process.
  • Recruiting Technology & Operational Excellence: Champion best practices in talent acquisition systems and operations, including the adoption of AI and automation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to broader TA and HR initiatives focused on process optimization and innovation. Provide market insights and recommendations that drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 7+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, complex corporate or agency environment, with a track record of identifying and hiring top talent.
  • A strong network of candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • Demonstrated success developing and using innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage hard-to-reach passive talent and convert prospects into active candidates.
  • Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships while adapting quickly to changing business needs.
  • A thoughtful approach to candidate management, proactive communication, strong attention to detail, consistent follow-through and a sense of urgency.
