Qualifications

• Ability to balance fast iteration with regulatory and safety requirements.
• Clear communicator with a long-term, systems-level perspective.

Job description

Blue Chip Talent is currently looking to hire a Senior Systems Process Engineer to work onsite in Palo Alto, CA. This person will help shape how configuration, variants, changes, and releases are managed across a Software‑Defined Vehicle (SDV) portfolio.

In this role, you’ll design scalable processes and toolchains that connect vehicle feature requirements all the way to secure OTA deployment—ensuring end‑to‑end traceability, automation, and compliance.

• All Candidates must work on our W‑2 with no restrictions.
• NO 3rd Party Vendors or C2C is allowed.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and implement configuration, variant, and release management for software, hardware, and ECU‑based systems
• Enable a strong digital thread from systems engineering to OTA delivery
• Partner across Quality, Homologation, Systems, HW, DevOpsილების, and OTA teams
• Establish a reliable Single Source of Truth (BOM / SBOM) across the lifecycle
• Integrate solutions into PLM, ALM, and CI/CD ecosystems
