What you’ll be doing:

• Serve as the Feature Owner for a system function, managing feature development from concept through production.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, validation, systems, and software teams to align feature delivery with vehicle requirements and timing.
• Define, track, and maintain system-level requirements and feature documentation across engineering milestones.
• Lead integration and validation efforts, including coordinating bench and vehicle-level testing for assigned features.

Need to have:

• Hands-on experience with model-based development, including MIL, SIL, or HIL validation workflows.
• Strong understanding of thermal or battery systems in electrified powertrains (PHEV/BEV/HEV).
• Ability to write and manage feature requirements, test plans, and issue resolution through product lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to drive results across cross-disciplinary teams.
