We are seeking a SeniorSystem Engineer to support the development and integration ofnext-generation diagnostic solutions. The role will focus on integrating instruments,molecular diagnostic workflows, software, and data pipelines acrossmultidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadsystem integration across end-to-end diagnostic workflows, including samplepreparation, library preparation, qPCR, digital PCR, sequencing, and dataprocessing.


• Definesystem requirements and contribute to system testing, verification, andvalidation (V&V).


• Developand execute test cases and analyze results against system requirements.


• Troubleshootsystem issues, manage defects, and perform root cause analysis.


• Createand maintain system requirements, specifications, integration plans, andverification documentation.


• Identifyopportunities for workflow automation, simplification, and continuousimprovement.


• Collaboratewith assay, software, hardware, bioinformatics, and cross-functionalengineering teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’sdegree in Systems Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, SoftwareEngineering, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.


• 5+years of relevant industry experience .


• Hands-onexperience with instrument and software troubleshooting/integration.


• Experiencewith IVD, molecular diagnostics, or diagnostic instrumentation preferred.


• Strongknowledge of system testing, requirements, verification/validation, androot cause analysis.


• Stronganalytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functionalcollaboration skills.

Preferred

• Experiencewith NGS/sequencing, qPCR, dPCR, sample/library preparation, orbioinformatics.


• Experiencewith cloud-based systems.


• Scripting/programmingexperience, particularly Python or Java.
