Thecentermemphis is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer to lead Generative AI initiatives across the enterprise, shaping AI strategy and delivering scalable solutions.

You will architect and deploy LLM-based systems, train models on proprietary data, and build RAG-based chatbots to improve operational efficiency. You will coordinate with stakeholders to identify opportunities, ensure alignment with company goals, and monitor outcomes in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of machine learning experience including NLP, LLMs, IR, and GNNs.
• Experience with Elasticsearch or Solr and vector-based retrieval.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/Node, JavaScript; cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Generative AI products and drive the launch of the first version to market.
• Train, fine-tune, and deploy LLM solutions on proprietary data; develop RAG-based chatbots.

Title:Sr. Systems Engineer

Duties: This Sr. Systems Engineer will use advanced techniques in generative AI, LLMs, machine learning, and cloud platforms to streamline, automate, and optimize our operations. You will lead the implementation of Generative AI products, driving the successful launch of the first version to market and ensuring alignment with the company's goals and vision. You will also train, fine tune, and deploy LLM solutions on proprietary data as well as develop and implement RAG-based chatbots, utilizing advanced techniques like query re-writing, efficient retrieval and re-ranking. Working with stakeholders throughout the organization, this Sr. Systems Engineer will identify opportunities for leveraging AI to improve business processes and collaborate cross functionally to deploy AI solutions and monitor outcomes.

Requirements: Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related and 7 years of machine learning experience, including:

• Information retrieval, Language Models, NLP & NLU, & Graph Neural Network
• Model fine tuning and reward learning
• Traditional keyword-based search technologies, modern search paradigm utilizing vector-based retrieval algorithms, and search systems such as Elasticsearch or Solr
• Python, TypeScript/Node, JavaScript
• GCP or Azure
