Job summary

ELEVI seeks a seasoned Systems Engineer with strong project management to deliver end-to-end data flows and standard data models. The role emphasizes eliciting requirements, scheduling work, and producing roadmaps for technical solutions.

The candidate will maintain customer relationships, coordinate with external partners, and contribute in an agile environment, using Confluence, Jira, and NiFi as core tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field is preferred.
• Fifteen (15) + years of systems engineering experience are required.
• Current security clearance with FS is required.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and refine requirements and schedule work breakdown to deliverables.
• Document artifacts and provide roadmaps and schedules for end-to-end data flows.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field is great
• Fifteen (15) + years of systems engineering experience
• ELEVI is seeking a Systems Engineer with strong project management skills to provide engineering solutions and project management. The successful candidate will be able to elicit and refine requirements, schedule work breakdown to deliverables, document artifacts, and provide roadmaps and schedules for implementing end-to-end data flows, including transformation into a standard data model. The individual will form good customer relationships and reach out to external customers for requirements and understanding of the data and the data needs of the users. They will have a good understanding of the customer data flow architecture. They will work as a key contributor in an agile development environment.

Required Skills

• Ability to form good relationships with customers and mission partners
• Reach out to external customers for requirements and understanding of the data and the data needs of the users
• Ability to critically think through complex data flow problems, break down effort into manageable tasks, and create/maintain scope out of sometimes vague customer requirements.
• Good working skills with Atlassian products such as Confluence and Jira
• Good understanding of data processing capabilities
• Understands system-to-system connections for data flow processes
• Basic understanding of NiFi, should understand flow file attributes or be able to learn it quickly
• Understanding of SIGINT collection and analysis
• Experience with Military Cryptologic Offices, Tactical Collection Capabilities, Military SIGINT architectures and related data flows.

Desired Skills

• Experience with Electronic Warfare operations, sensors and related data
• Familiar with data formats such as CSV, JSON, PCAP and XML
• Understanding of tactical datalinks and command and control signals
• Understanding of data architectures
• Experience with Intelligence Community
• Experience with DoD Service Intelligence Centers (such as NASIC)
• Understanding of DoD - command structures and relationships

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$180,000-$210,000
