Phoenix Defense LLC seeks a Senior Systems Engineer / Lead Engineer to serve as the program's primary technical representative. You will lead systems and software engineering, guide MBSE activities, and coordinate with Government engineering leadership to ensure alignment with objectives.
Applicants should have deep JSE experience, secret clearance (Top Secret desired), and a proven ability to mentor teams while delivering integrated architectures and interfaces for complex defense systems.
The Senior Systems Engineer / Lead Engineer serves as the program's primary technical representative and point of contact for engineering matters. The position provides technical leadership across systems and software engineering activities and works closely with the Government's lead engineer in support of Joint Simulation Environment (JSE) planning, integration, testing, and execution. The Lead Engineer provides technical direction to engineering teams, reviews and approves engineering work products, and ensures requirements, architecture, interfaces, and technical activities remain aligned with program objectives.
This position is contingent upon contract award, and employment will begin upon successful award and authorization to proceed.
