Value Innovation Labs Inc. is seeking a Sr. Systems Consultant with 15+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 apps and related licensing.

The role requires onsite work in Philadelphia, PA, with rounds of in-person interviews and native US citizenship preferred. The consultant will serve as the resident technical expert for M365, focusing on governance, adoption, and training across SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Apps, Exchange, and Purview.

Competenze

• 12+ years' experience with M365 apps and products, especially SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange.
• 7+ years' experience scripting in PowerShell and conducting code reviews.
• 3+ years' experience leading trainings and consultations with diverse client groups.

• Serve as resident M365 expert for SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Apps, Exchange, and Purview.
• Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate with Learning Management System team to provide technical training and support.

Title:

Sr. Systems Consultant with 15+yrs exp Microsoft 365 apps and trained on HIPAA is plus

Location:

Philadelphia, PA - Need only local candidate.

Visa:

Native US citizen is preferred as per client need.

Onsite-All five working days

Interview mode - 1st round MS teams & 2nd round in-person.

Consult on use of M365 applications and products as needed and Microsoft 365/GCC licensing experience,

Offer regular scheduled training in the use of M365 applications and products

Serve as the resident technical expert for M365, with particular focus on SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Apps, Exchange, and Purview

Act as the arbiter of coming changes, feature updates, and new features for M365 products and applications

Develop power apps and SharePoint governance

Champion and lead changes in the IT environment regarding M365 products and assist with the adoption of an evergreen mentality for changes to applications and products

Join our PE team as an active, supportive, guiding member, with particular emphasis toward

mentoring more junior members and offering opportunities for growth and knowledge transfer

Develop and maintain relationships with other members of the City's IT community

Report at least weekly to supervisor on successes, blockers, and issues, and be able to raise potential issues before they arise.

Attend meetings, training, presentations, and consultations on-site and at City buildings other than the assigned office space as needed

Coordinate with the Learning Management System team to provide technical training and support

Required Mandatory Experience:

• At least 12 years' experience with M365 applications and products, especially with
• SharePoint
• OneDrive
• Teams, including Voice and Rooms
• Exchange
• At least 7 years' experience scripting in PowerShell, with particular experience in conducting code reviews and using code repositories
• At least 3 years' experience offering and leading consultations to diverse groups of clients, including technical staff and business/programmatic staff
• At least 3 years' experience preparing, delivering, and leading trainings
• Doing so with M365 products is strongly preferred
• Be able to track and complete tasks independently
• Able to complete an FBI background check for CJIS clearance
• Experience with Microsoft's GCC licensing suite
