Job summary

ELEVI Associates seeks a highly experienced Systems Administrator to join our team in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. A current TS/SCI FS clearance is required.

Fifteen years of SA experience in programs of similar scope and complexity and a technical bachelor's degree (or five years additional experience in lieu of degree) are required. Responsibilities include providing technical support for network, desktop, and systems hardware/software, mentoring staff, diagnosing issues, and delivering

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) years of experience as a Systems Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional system administration experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Hardware, Remote Assist, Remote Desktop, Network+ CE, A+ CE are required certifications/skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
• May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
• Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
• Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
• Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure

  Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
