Job summary

ELEVI Associates seeks a highly experienced software engineer with a current Poly clearance to support DoD programs. You will leverage 10+ years of software engineering expertise and DoD 8570 IAT II compliance to deliver reliable IT solutions and maintain complex systems using DevOps practices and AWS cloud resources.

In this role, you will participate in enterprise IT operations, assist users, and help desk activities while ensuring high security and performance across government contracts.

Qualifications

  • Current Poly clearance required.
  • 10+ years of experience as a software engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university; 4+ years of additional software engineering experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree.
  • DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT), Level II or higher is required.
  • Experience with DevOps and AWS.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
  • Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.
  • Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.
  • Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems.
  • Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems (U) Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.

  • You must hold a current Poly clearance
  • Possess Ten (10)+ years of experience as a software engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
  • Having a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4)+ years of additional software engineering experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.

Pay Range

The proposed salary range for this position is 127,900-180,000. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
