FedEx Corporation is seeking a customer service-oriented individual to provide accurate information and assistance to customers. You will respond to inquiries, resolve problems, and promote FedEx services while performing essential administrative tasks to keep station operations running smoothly.

The role requires ability to lift 50 lbs and operate a computer terminal, with a starting wage of $22.30 per hour and a typical Monday–Friday schedule.

Formación

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to operate computer terminal.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and move packages above 50 lbs with assistance or equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills.

Pay Transparency

Pay: Starting wage is $22.30 / hour

Additional Details: Monday- Friday 7am-3pm
