The Senior Sustainment Development Manager will lead Integrated Product Support (IPS) teams supporting Edison Works Advanced Adaptive Engine Programs. The person for this role is expected to demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives with respect to the long‑term sustainment of Advanced Adaptive Engine Programs. In this role, you will develop and integrate processes to support customers and their priorities as well as business needs across the organization, managing complex issues within functional areas of expertise, leading long‑term planning, and contributing to the overall business strategy. This role is expected to apply GE Aerospace’s Flight Deck principles to drive execution rigor through Daily Management and Weekly Operating Reviews and application of structured problem solving to remove barriers and improve outcomes.
