Ladders in Mountain View, CA, seeks a Sr. Supply & Demand Manager to own global planning for advanced vehicle and sensor products, balancing build plans, inventory, and distribution.

You will partner with Sales, Operations, engineering, and data teams to strengthen planning processes and shape internal planning systems for current programs and future generations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in supply chain, engineering, operations research, business or related field.
• Proven experience as a Demand Planner and in end-to-end supply chain functions.
• Solid understanding of inventory management, procurement, allocation, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with AI/ML tools and automated forecasting algorithms.
• Excellent communication with strong presentation abilities.

• Drive global demand and supply balance for autonomous vehicles and sensor suites.

• Facilitate cross-functional S&OP to manage variances and build consensus.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Supply & Demand Manager to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will own global supply and demand planning for advanced vehicle and sensor products, with a focus on balancing build plans, inventory, and distribution. You will partner closely with Sales, Operations, engineering, and data teams to strengthen planning processes and improve execution across the supply chain. The position will also help shape internal planning systems and capabilities that support both current programs and future product generations.

Location: Mountain View, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 - $247,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Drive global demand and supply balance for autonomous vehicles and sensor suites
