Amazon Air seeks a Sr. Supply Chain Manager to own customer experience and network resiliency linked to the reliability and performance of the Amazon Air fleet. As part of the AIR Customer Experience (CX) team, this role sits at the intersection of network performance, supply chain planning, and customer delivery outcomes — owning the analytical and strategic frameworks that connect upstream and downstream dependencies across the Amazon Air network.
You will work with Tech Ops, Fleet Planning, Network Planning and the Network Control Center to ensure that our fleet of ~90 Airbus A330s, Boeing 767s and Boeing 737s delivers for our customers.
A core part of this role is mapping and managing upstream and downstream dependencies across the broader supply chain — working with internal and external partners to build mechanisms that improve end-to-end resiliency and reduce systemic defects before they impact customers.
This role requires someone who can operate at both the strategic level — shaping long-term network design and annual planning inputs — and the tactical level, supporting short-term trade-off decisions during disruptions and constraint periods.
