Key Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive supply chain and commodity strategies across multiple categories and regions, focusing on both strategic network optimization and tactical execution.
• Lead complex initiatives autonomously, developing innovative solutions for undefined problems while managing cross‑functional relationships with significant organizational impact.
• Create and implement scalable processes that drive efficiency, optimize costs, and enhance supply chain resilience across the network.
• Analyze market trends, pricing dynamics, and supply‑demand patterns to identify opportunities and implement data‑driven solutions that improve performance.
• Influence and drive decisions across multiple stakeholder levels, spanning multiple organizations.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with internal teams and external suppliers, negotiating agreements and driving alignment to optimize productivity.
• Navigate regulatory requirements and compliance issues, implementing risk mitigation strategies for long‑term stability.
• Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership, clearly outlining trade‑offs and impacts on competing metrics.
• Drive best practices and standard work implementation across the organization, ensuring sustainable process improvements while balancing short‑term delivery outputs with long‑term strategic goals.
• Act as a global supply chain advisor, facilitator, and integrator to internal stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience driving process improvements.
• Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.

Base salary range for this position is $115,400.00 - $160,000.00 annually (USA, WA, Seattle). Compensation includes sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
