Job summary

Henkel is hiring for an Adhesive Technologies leadership role focused on supply chain planning. The candidate will drive raw materials, finished goods planning, and the monthly S&OP review within a collaborative team environment.

The role requires 7+ years of leadership in planning, strong data analysis and Excel skills, and experience with SAP or ERP systems. APICS certification is a plus and growth opportunities abound at Henkel.

• Lead the monthly Supply Management Review Process within the Sales and Operations Planning framework.
• Coach and support the team to drive results and develop individuals.
• Optimize and drive metrics like Working Capital, Schedule Adherence and Service Level.

What you´ll do

• Rawsand Packs Planning Team to support production schedule and execution
• FinishedGoods Planning Team to meet customer and internal Henkel demand
• Leadthe monthly Supply Management Review Process monthly within the Sales andOperations Planning Framework
• Coach and Support the team to drive results and support each induvialsuccess
• Optimize and Drive Key Metrics such as Working Capital, ScheduleAdherence and Service Level

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred; APICS certification a plus.
• 7+ years of relevant supply chain leadership experience, including planning, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and operational execution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, set strategy, and execute plans that support business objectives.
• Strong data analysis, Excel proficiency, attention to detail, and ability to identify issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and build strong cross-functional relationships across the organization.

The salary range for this role is $110,000.00 to $130,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimumand maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at thetime of posting.In addition to base salary, this position may be eligiblefor incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. TheCompany also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actualcompensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills,experience, education, training, and work location.
