PeaceHealth is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Contracts Manager. This remote role requires the incumbent to reside in OR, WA, AK, or TX by the date of hire.

The salary range for this job is $41.03 – $61.55, depending on factors such as education, experience, and seniority.

Job Summary

The primary focus of this position is to initiate, review, and execute purchasing contracts to manage expenses related to supplies, equipment, and services. The role involves managing the process of identifying and executing strategic system-wide opportunities, collaborating with key stakeholders, and ensuring departmental goals are met with service excellence. The role also serves as a subject matter expert.

Essential Functions

• Assigns work to Contract Manager and Contract Coordinator staff, manages priorities, and provides technical assistance.
• Monitors team projects, mentors staff, and provides feedback.
• Trains new staff and provides performance feedback for leadership.
• Ensures quality through tracking performance metrics.
• Develops, implements, and manages contracts for products, equipment, and services, ensuring compliance and reporting.
• Interacts with legal teams to address potential contract risks.
• Participates in recruitment and ongoing support of the affiliate program.
• Ensures contract compliance with regulatory entities.
• Supports change and performance initiatives within the organization.
• Maintains open communication with caregivers and leadership, developing strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Nursing preferred.
• At least 3 years of progressive experience in healthcare supply chain, contract administration, procurement, or related fields.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; experience with MS FrontPage, SharePoint, Access, PowerPoint, Lawson, and Change Management tools preferred.
• Experience working with diverse customer groups.
