We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to drive quality improvements, supplier qualification, audits, and compliance, with a deep understanding of best practices and market differentiation.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage supplier quality assurance and development, including qualifications, audits, performance monitoring, and supporting suppliers to meet industrial standards.
• Develop expertise in your field, serve as a best practice resource, contribute to strategy and policy, and ensure delivery within your area.
• Communicate complex messages effectively, influence colleagues, lead small projects, and build consensus.
• Impact project approaches, quality, and efficiency, working within broad guidelines with moderate autonomy.
• Use judgment to solve moderately complex problems, analyze data, and support decision-making with internal and limited external sources.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (10+ years if high school diploma).
• At least 6 years of experience in supplier quality assurance and development.

Compensation & Benefits: The pay range for U.S. candidates is $108,800 - $181,300 USD, with a 15% variable bonus. Geographic differentials may apply.
