The Senior Supervisor Quality Assurance coordinates the activities of quality employees. This includes training employees, setting objectives for the team, and leading improvement initiatives.
· Coordinate and manage the daily activities of quality inspection employees
· Effectively communicate quality concerns to cross-functional team members for improvement activities.
· Coordinate training of inspection personnel on standards and internal procedures
· Prepare and participate in quality audits
· Coordinate on-site activities for Customer Source Inspections
· Set daily quality objectives for the quality inspector team member(s)
· Minimum two (2) years of experience in people management. Minimum four (4) years of experience in field.
· Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
· ISO Quality Standards
· Statistical Process Control
· Leadership
· Problem Solving
· High School Diploma or GED
· Applicable experience in lieu of a diploma may be considered.
