The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western seeks a Senior Superintendent for the Transportation Division in Virginia Beach, VA. You will plan, coordinate, and oversee complex construction activities, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget compliance on high-profile projects.

Qualifications

• Selection of field site personnel.
• Monitoring job costs and productivity on projects.
• On-site co-ordination of manpower, materials and equipment.
• Developing, monitoring and executing the project construction plan and schedule.
• Supervising, training, coaching and mentoring field personnel.
• Demonstrating commitment to Walsh Safety and Quality programs.
• Organizing and coordinating all subcontractor activities.
• Project close-out; responsible for final inspections, deficiencies, warranty work and site demolition.
• Working with the Owners to ensure the projects are being built in accordance with the contract documents.
• Participates in development and review of work plans for major/high-risk activities.
