As a Senior Subcontract Administrator for Advanced Manufacturing, you will be responsible for contracting with major construction services for mid‑ to large‑sized projects (total installed cost of $50M‑$750M). The role requires functional knowledge and existing methodologies to solve complex problems while implementing innovative solutions. You will lead projects with accountability for team members and ongoing activities or objectives.
Leverage your passion and experience as you conduct and coordinate procurement transactions associated with purchasing complex large professional and/or construction services. The Senior Subcontract Administrator has thorough knowledge and understanding of procurement concepts, principles and practices, and the techniques of ensuring task completion. They understand the role of procurement and its integration with other project functions, accomplish value‑added expectations, and perform assignments in accordance with established policies and procedures.
The Senior Subcontract Administrator reports directly to the Director of Supply Management, Advanced Manufacturing. While supporting Jacobs’ projects, the Senior Subcontract Administrator will report indirectly to the assigned Project Procurement Manager or Project Manager.

The base salary range for this position is $92,000.00 to $126,500.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
