University of Missouri seeks a Sr Student Services Coordinator to support online and campus graduate programs. The Department of Educational, School & Counseling Psychology,which primarily serves graduate students with some undergraduatecourses, seeks a Sr Student Services Coordinator. The departmenthas a very strong online presence, two nationally accreditedprograms, and a joint international master's program. The SrStudent Services Coordinator will serve our on-line and campusprograms. The primary function of the position is to supportfaculty and students with activities such as the following:admissions process, advising, accreditation, course scheduling,monitoring student progress, and preparing for graduation. Provide comprehensive support to domestic, international, campus,and online graduate students from inquiry through graduation.Assist students with admissions, transferable credits, degreerequirements, course planning, assistantships, progress towarddegree completion, certification, and graduation requirements.Process student paperwork, maintain student records, andcommunicate program and university policies and procedures.
Coordinate admissions processes and academic advising activities byreceiving and processing admissions documents, maintaining studentrecords in university systems (including SLATE), and collaboratingwith faculty on admissions decisions, student progress, graduationclearance, accreditation requirements, and course scheduling. Serveas a liaison with the Registrar, Graduate School, Missouri Online,and other campus offices to ensure compliance with universitypolicies and timely student support.
Coordinate operations for campus and online academic programs bycollaborating with departmental leadership, faculty, adjunctinstructors, and Missouri Online. Maintain departmental databasesrelated to graduate assistants, faculty teaching assignments, andstudent enrollment. Schedule classrooms, coordinate courseevaluations, prepare internal and external reports, disseminatedepartmental communications, and support accreditation, assessment,and program accountability initiatives.
Provide administrative support to department leadership and facultyby coordinating annual faculty review materials and schedules,maintaining evaluation tables for promotion, tenure, and meritprocesses, assisting with implementation of university policies,supporting departmental communications and website/social mediaupdates as needed, planning departmental events and meetings,managing office operations, and proactively anticipatingdepartmental deadlines and operational needs.
Perform other duties assigned in support of the mission, strategicpriorities, and daily operations of the Department of Educational,School & Counseling Psychology and the College of Education& Human Development.
Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, including some evenings andweekends.
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education andexperience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparableknowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Salary Range: $53,976-61,000
