Job description

Seeking a Sr. Structural Technician to join our growing Minneapolis team! Projects include a wide variety of new commercial buildings in the areas of healthcare, education, multi-family, hospitality, industrial, and office, as well as renovation projects and analysis of existing buildings.

All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US and will not require current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities:

• Structural drafting and modeling for structural engineers.
• Developing renderings.
• Assisting in site visits.
• Coordinating the production of construction documents.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff.
  
  

Qualifications:

• An Associate's degree in CAD drafting preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years similar experience. Candidates with greater than 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient with Revit.
• Experience with structural modeling and drafting.
• Experience in Navisworks and BIM 360 is considered a plus.
