• Provide technical review and quality assurance for structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and deliverables.
• Serve as Engineer of Record on assigned projects as appropriate.
• Perform advanced analysis and design for steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and foundation systems.
• Develop practical structural solutions that balance safety, cost, constructability, and sustainability.
• Conduct site visits, field observations, and forensic evaluations as needed.
• Mentor Project Engineers, Junior Engineers, Designers, Drafters, and Interns.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and clients to resolve technical issues and support project delivery.
• Support proposals, client relationships, planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and project performance tracking.
• Maintain knowledge of current codes, standards, materials, and emerging technologies.
• Promote continuous improvement and ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, company standards, and quality expectations.

Qualifications

Education & Experience
