Job description

Position Summary:

Join a dynamic, mission-driven Strategy team shaping the future of pediatric care. You'll partner with executive leadership on high-visibility presentations and business cases, shape service line strategy, and support strategic goal-setting across the organization. You'll also get early opportunities to mentor and coach as you build people management skills. • Develops service line growth goals and strategic options for senior leadership (e.g., supporting due diligence, financial modeling, and scenario analysis for proposed strategy)
  • Supports development of enterprise, service line, and functional strategies aligned with BCH's mission and long-term goals; translates strategic recommendations into clear problem statements and priority questions that the Transformation and Analytics Teams can act on
  • Assists with annual strategic planning cycles, including framing strategic choices and priority-setting; partners with the Analytics Team for performance data and the Transformation Team for initiative scoping
  • Develops executive-level presentations, business cases, and briefing materials for senior leadership and governance committees
  • Engages clinical and operational stakeholders to gather input that informs strategic analyses and recommendations
