The Senior Strategic HR Business Partner (Sr. Strategic HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and thought partner to leaders across Community Health Choice, guiding workforce strategy, organizational planning, and talent optimization. Leveraging advanced HR expertise, business acumen, and data-driven insights, the Sr. HRBP anticipates workforce needs, identifies emerging risks and opportunities, and shapes comprehensive people strategies that support Communitys operational and strategic objectives.
The Sr. Strategic HRBP collaborates closely with HR Centers of Excellence, HRIS, and executive leadership to interpret workforce metrics, design and implement organizational effectiveness initiatives, and drive high-impact leadership development and engagement strategies. This role ensures strong alignment between talent practices, organizational health, and Communitys mission, values, and commitment to an excellent employee experience.
PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
* Equivalent: senior consultative HR roles include Senior HR Generalist, Senior HR Consultant, Employee Relations Lead, or HR Manager roles with strategic advisory responsibilities; Administrative HR roles, payroll-only, benefits-only, or recruitment-only roles are not considered equivalent.
