Job summary

Two95 International Inc. seeks a Sr. Storage Engineer for a remote contract role (6+ months, extension possible). The candidate will work on NetApp FAS/AFF systems, ONTAP clusters, and storage networking, including LIFs, Zoning, and vCenter datastore management. Strong experience with VMware and UCS is required.

The position emphasizes upgrading storage hardware, configuring switches, and ensuring smooth datastores and storage migrations in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Experience with NetApp FAS and AFF required.
• Experience with NetApp ONTAP clustered configurations.
• VMware vSphere/vCenter administration and migrations needed.
• Knowledge of zoning, Fibre Channel, and LIF configuration essential.
• Datastore creation, VMFS/NFS provisioning and SVM management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and upgrade NetApp storage arrays and ONTAP configurations.
• Configure and maintain storage networks, zoning, and port channels.
• Create and manage NFS/CIFS/FC datastores and attach in vCenter.
• Perform vCenter tasks: storage DRS, vMotion, datastore migrations.
• Coordinate hardware upgrades and switch configurations as needed.
