Job summary

LinkedIn is seeking a Technical Program Manager (level TBD) to own and drive cross-functional AI initiatives across LinkedIn. The role combines technical leadership with program management in a hybrid work model, split between home and an office on select days.

You will partner with product and engineering to translate ambitious AI plans into scalable programs, influence senior leaders, and deliver results while navigating ambiguity. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including high emotional intelligence.

The Technical Program Manager (level is TBD ) will have the opportunity to drive cutting-edge AI agentic programs. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams. The LinkedIn TPM role is highly diversified and includes initiating, planning and executing intermediate to large scale, cross-functional and company-wide programs.

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management
• B.S./B.A. degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience managing AI programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Current or past experience working in start-ups
• Past software engineering experience
• Experience managing large AI programs and leading multiple TPMs.
• Technical program management experience in the tech industry.
• Significant experience working with software engineering leadership, technical teams, and individual contributors.
• Ability to work in very ambiguous environments
• Passion about being an indispensable part of a great product.
• Ability to communicate authoritatively at a sufficient technical depth.
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Passionate about learning new concepts and technologies
• Hands-on software development experience
• Knowledge of machine learning applications and platforms, Azure would be a big plus
• Experience on building foundational models in a large scale environment.

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
