Job summary

LinkedIn is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead AI efforts for enterprise customers. This hybrid role can be based in Sunnyvale or San Francisco, focusing on agentic technology and collaboration across design, engineering, and AI teams to deliver world-class experiences.

The role emphasizes strategy development, experimentation, and strong communication with executives while driving revenue and user value. A BS/BA is required, with preference for MS or MBA and AI product experience.

  • Experience building online products with a deep understanding of AI/Relevance.
  • Strong understanding of agentic technology trends and evaluation approaches.
  • Experience with agent evaluation frameworks and scaling experimentation.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the AI growth roadmap for LinkedIn’s consumer subscription business—Premium, overseeing AI-driven pricing, promotions, offer eligibility, targeting, value articulation, and experiences.
  • Collaborate with AI/data teams, PMs, designers, engineers and partners to execute an ambitious strategy and roadmap.
  • Drive plan outcomes measured in revenue, usage and customer satisfaction with direct accountability to the bottom line.
  • Operate as a full-stack builder, coding agents, building prototypes, and guiding data-driven decisions.
  • Serve as domain expert on AI topics to bring model innovations to business growth.
  • Analyze competitive landscape, customers and product metrics to define vision and execution paths.
  • Drive product requirements, planning, and design of new features to achieve the vision.
  • Communicate product and platform benefits to users and executives at all levels.

We are hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead key AI efforts for enterprise customers. This PPM will be responsible for driving initiatives involving agentic technology applied to the world of work, working in close collaboration with design, engineering, and AI to deliver world-class experiences. The person in this role is expected to be equal parts builder and strategist, with deep experience around evaluation, simulation, and deploying agents.

Responsibilities

Shape the AI growth roadmap for LinkedIn’s consumer subscription business - Premium, overseeing AI driven pricing, promotions, offer eligibility, targeting, value articulation, quality, plan/subscription selection and experiences that are key to drive this multi-billion dollar business’s growth.

Work with AI and data teams, PMs, designers, engineers and partners, to create and act on an ambitious strategy and roadmap.

Drive plan outcomes as measured in revenue, usage and customer satisfaction metrics, with direct accountability to bottom line.

Operate as a full-stack builder, with the ability to flex between coding agents, building prototypes, pulling relevant data and influencing strategy and stakeholders.

Serve as the subject and domain expert on AI topics, helping to bring the latest model innovations to drive business growth and outcomes.

Understand and lead analyses of the competitive environment, customers and product metrics to determine the right vision and execution paths.

Drive product requirements definition, planning and design of new features and enhancements to accomplish your set vision.

Clearly communicate product and platform benefits to users, internal stakeholders and execs, communicating across all levels of seniority in the company.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience

6+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role

Preferred Qualifications:

MS degree in a technology-related field or MBA.

Experience building online products, with a deep understanding of AI/Relevance.

Strong understanding of the most recent trends in agentic technology, including evaluation approaches.

Experience with agent evaluation frameworks.

Strong experience using coding agents and AI-tools for product, design and engineering outcomes.

Experience working in a high-velocity A/B testing consumer environments, working aross large sets of data at a high pace of execution.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to the marketplace.

Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams

Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Demonstrated success defining and executing AI product strategy in partnership with Applied Research, Engineering, and Data teams.

Experience collaborating with AI platform and infrastructure teams to scale experimentation, feature development, and model training capabilities.

Ability to communicate and simplify complex ML concepts and influence at the executive and cross-functional level.

The pay range for this role is $185,000 to $299,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
