  • Salary Range: $243,750 - $406,250

The salary range is indicative of pay for this role, plus bonus and benefits. Actual compensation depends on location, skills, experience, and education. BNSF offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities
  • Lead design, development, and maintenance of scalable SAP Fiori/UI5 applications, supporting integration with SAPUI5/Fiori, OData, and third-party apps.
  • Enhance and customize SAP UI5 applications and Fiori launchpad configurations.
  • Perform complex ABAP development tasks, including design, coding, testing, and debugging.
  • Architect and implement SAP solutions, including S/4HANA projects, leveraging ABAP RAP capabilities.
  • Utilize SAP BTP for extensibility and adhere to the Clean Core approach.
  • Optimize performance of SAP UI5 apps, ABAP programs, and interfaces.
  • Design and develop integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite, SAP PO, and related tools.
  • Implement real-time data transfer and event-driven architectures, maintaining and troubleshooting interfaces.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and participate in code reviews.
  • Stay updated on emerging SAP technologies and industry trends.
Basic Qualifications
  • Authorized to work in the US.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of SAP development and enterprise solution experience.
  • Experience with development tools like Eclipse, SAP Web IDE, SAP Business Application Studio.
  • Expertise in RICEFW, ABAP CDS, AMDP, ABAP in Eclipse.
  • Proficiency with OData and REST services.
  • Experience optimizing ABAP and CDS views for performance.
  • Knowledge of SAP PO, CPI, HANA, BW, and related technologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Future employment-based nonimmigrant status support is not required.
  • Functional knowledge of SAP modules (FICO, MM, etc.).
  • Experience with SAP Integration Suite, RAP, SAP Build, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Datasphere.
  • SAP certifications in BTP, Integration Suite, ABAP Cloud, or Fiori/UI5.
