Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead Finance Tech and EPM initiatives, partnering with Engineering and cross-functional business units to drive exceptional customer and employee experiences.

You will shape a roadmap for enterprise planning, close, and consolidation, leveraging ARCS, FCCS, and other EPM tools to connect strategy to execution and business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of software industry experience, including systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Enterprise Performance Management platforms, particularly Oracle EPM Cloud, including ARCS and FCCS, in close/consolidation contexts.
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise planning and prioritization technologies that connect strategy and execution to drive business outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of program management in Finance Transformation across S2P, R2R, and related finance/EPM technologies.
  • Understanding integrations between Oracle EPM/ERP Cloud and third-party apps; familiarity with Coupa, BlackLine, Aravo, and similar systems.
  • Experience building business and value cases for ERP and EPM Cloud upgrades and SaaS implementations.
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
  • Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Agile development and product lifecycles; effective communication to senior leadership.
  • Data-driven with a win-together mindset and a track record of performance excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Ideate and build the technology for enterprise planning, close, and consolidation in EPM.
  • Define needs, metrics, program requirements, and scope with stakeholders across Intuit.
  • Identify opportunities across people, process, and technology to improve velocity.
  • Develop end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Provide hands-on program management through design, development, testing, implementation and post-implementation phases.
  • Analyze gaps and prioritize solution requirements with key stakeholders, including trade-offs.
  • Present team goals and milestones to Senior Leadership Team stakeholders.
  • Balance short-term and long-term customer outcomes with architectural improvements.

Job description

Intuit is seeking a talented Senior Staff Product Manager to join our Finance Tech team and drive our Enterprise Finance and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) product initiatives. As a Senior Staff PM, you will bring your curiosity, business acumen, and customer insight to create innovative solutions, solving significant problems in the world of Enterprise Finance and EPM. As part of our Product organization, you will partner closely with the Engineering team and cross-functional business units to drive exceptional customer and employee experience.

Responsibilities

You will support a cross-functional effort to ideate and build the technology and ecosystem for enterprise planning, close and consolidation, and digital transformation. You will work to deeply understand customers and business processes, help prioritize customer needs, and contribute to a product roadmap that pushes the boundaries of digital process automation.

  • Maintaina deep understandingof customer needs andfeedback,continuouslyevaluating productfit/gap, processoptimization,technicaldependencies andmaturity, andexternal benchmarkingto recommend optionsthat meet thelong-term vision.

  • Hands-on experience with Enterprise Performance Management platforms, particularly Oracle EPM Cloud, including Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) and Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS), in a close, consolidation, or reconciliation context. Familiarity with Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS), Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS), Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS), Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS), and Narrative Reporting (EPRCS) is a strong plus.
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise planning and prioritization technologies that connect strategy and execution to drive business outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of program management in Finance Transformation and Strategy, particularly across domains such as Source to Pay (S2P), Record to Report (R2R), and related finance and EPM technologies.
  • Understanding of integrations between Oracle EPM/ERP Cloud and third-party applications. Familiarity with tools such as Coupa, BlackLine, Aravo, and similar systems is highly desirable.

The expected base pay range for this position is:
