Job Description Summary

Responsible for multiple Data and Analytics Platforms initiatives as a project leader or internal consultant. Will work on highly complex software projects that require in-depth domain knowledge or expertise in two or more specialized architecture areas.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Lead and coordinate technical and business discussions related to future architecture directions across the product portfolio or line on the data consumption side.
2. Drive holistic platform analytics on the consumer side to improve observability and lineage.
3. Analyze, design, and develop a roadmap and implementation plan based on current and future state architecture.
4. Review and develop architectural requirements at the domain level within the product portfolio or team.
5. Research and evaluate emerging technologies, industry, and market trends to support project development and operational activities.
6. Define and monitor BI and analytics KPIs related to platform adoption, customer experience, and performance.
7. Implement MLOps best practices, including deployment and monitoring of AI/ML models.
8. Establish end-to-end observability for data consumption services (BI & Advanced analytics).
9. Lead overall architecture vision for data consumption services and serve as the single point for AMS data services.
10. Develop and implement holistic EVM strategies.
11. Establish governance in architecture practices, including GitOps & CI/CD.
12. Contribute to the development and enhancement of data consumption platforms with reusable components.
13. Improve customer experience and platform adoption for BI & Analytics platforms.
14. Lead architecture design and implementation across multiple teams, including Dataiku, Spotfire, and Starfish.
15. Drive POCs in BI & Analytics with new tools like Power BI.
16. Leverage AWS services across platforms to enhance offerings and synergy.

Technical Skills

• Experience with BI and Analytics platforms such as Spotfire, TDV, Dataiku.
• Strong software engineering and WebApps experience.
• Proficiency in Windows & Linux environments.
• Knowledge of data lake concepts, SQL, Python, AWS (EKS, S3), Spark, and distributed processing.
• Experience automating manual processes and data architecture and engineering.
• Understanding of data science concepts, data visualization, and IT process automation.
• Ability to teach and communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of professional experience, or equivalent education/experience as specified.
• Minimum 5 years in BI/ML, software engineering, and AWS.

Additional Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship provided.

Compensation and Benefits
