Skills Required

• Experience with .Net, SQL, React, Dynatrace, Solarwinds DPA, AWS Cloud, Splunk, Elastic Stack, Python, scripting languages, Ansible Tower, Terraform, and proficiency in core SRE principles.
• Expertise in SRE concepts such as CUJ, SLO, SLI, and Error Budgeting based on NFRs, with the ability to apply these principles to ensure service reliability and drive improvements.
• Experience in reducing TOIL by automating manual and repetitive tasks within SDLC or IT operations.
• Ability to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and utilize automation for process improvement.
• Proficiency in CI/CD practices, including Git, GitHub Actions, and GitHub Workflows; familiarity with Jenkins is a plus.
• Engage in the entire lifecycle of application and cloud services, from design to deployment and refinement.
• Design, develop, and improve software and systems for reliability and efficiency.
• Lead development and tracking of SRE Error Budgets, develop SRE dashboards, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Identify system anomalies proactively and recognize automation opportunities.
• Integrate into the software release cycle, working with developers to ensure smooth releases.
• Automate manual processes and assess current SRE solutions to define approaches for products.
• Collaborate with application development teams to improve SRE practices.
• Strong cloud platform knowledge, especially AWS, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Proficiency in container orchestration, monitoring, and observability tools.
• Experience designing monitoring solutions for system uptime and performance.
• Knowledge of AIOps principles and automation best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with industry tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, and Elastic Stack for monitoring and troubleshooting.
